Tracked shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days and delivery usually occurs within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Some small items have an untracked postal option to allow for savings on shipping and arrive within 4-6 business days. Express is available on some items and will arrive in 1-2 business days of dispatch. Tracking is usually avaliable from the day of dispatch.
This item can also be sent via Couriers Please or Startrack. It will arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch for capitol cities and major centers. Shipping via this method is surcharged to remote and rural areas, please note the final shipping price in checkout as it is based on your delivery address. Very happy I gave this one a go. Easy to work through the hair. Slight fragrance, but not over powering, other brands have been so strong in fragrance, but this is fine. I use this to define, which it does with a natural looking hold, not heavy, not waxy or greasy. A little goes a long way too.

Husband loves this product! He uses it for a night out and special occasions. His has got curly think hair and this product manages his hair perfectly without giving this "crispy" look. Washes easily, leaves hair non- sticky.

I have used a number of other American Crew hair products such as clay and paste but always go back to forming cream. It gives just the right amount of shine with good day long hold. I have a disconnected cut which it works really well on. As always with Cosmetics Now , very quick delivery and great service!

I have been using this product for a few years now and it is my favourite product to use to style my hair, great product to use and no residue and more importantly it easily washes out of your hair (other hair products can sometimes leave residue and are more difficult to wash out).
This is the first time I have bought from Cosmetics Now website, and I will definitely be back in the future as the price is great and great service!
