1. Before your first use ensure the device is fully charged. If the battery is low an indicator light will turn on accompanied by an alert sound.
2. For optimal pressure sensation wear the device as snugly as possible.
3. The device is labeled for right and left sides but can be worn interchangeably. Choose the orientation that fits you best.
4. To turn the device on or off press and hold the power button. The selected mode will display on the LED screen.
5. Press the intensity button while powered on to briefly adjust the strength with three intensity levels available.
6. The device will automatically shut off after 15 minutes of use.
7. When charging via USB the battery level indicator will fill from left to right. All four indicators lit means the battery is fully charged.
