  • Insert the eye protector pads into the eye holes on the mask.
  • Feed the straps through the loops on the mask and adjust the straps around your head so the mask sits comfortably and securely against your face.
  • Hold down the button on the top of the mask until it beeps to turn it on.
  • You can do the same to turn it off.
  • Press the button while the mask is switched on to change between the LED light colours.
  • After 10 minutes the mask will automatically switch off.
  • Clean the LED side of the mask with a damp cloth or water-based wipe and store in the carry bag provided.
