Tracked shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days and delivery usually occurs within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Some small items have an untracked postal option to allow for savings on shipping and arrive within 4-6 business days. Express is available on some items and will arrive in 1-2 business days of dispatch. Tracking is usually avaliable from the day of dispatch.
This item can also be sent via Couriers Please or Startrack. It will arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch for capitol cities and major centers. Shipping via this method is surcharged to remote and rural areas, please note the final shipping price in checkout as it is based on your delivery address. I discovered Aveda in the UK, trailing after my wife, as husbands do in cosmetics stores. The Aveda store in Brighton put me on to this product several years ago and I've been using it ever since. The clay gives a great hold with no residue. Small amount = keeping it under control. Large amount = total control. But no matter how much you use, there is no residue and it washes out very easily indeed. I use no more than a pea sized blob spread through and over my hair. Top tip from the Aveda store is to use it in conjunction with their other products for a perfect result. I use this and the pomade (in the tub). A small amount of each, clay first, is perfect. I won't use any other product.

I have used this for years! I've tried other products, but keep coming back to this. Great hold and texture, but still looks natural. Washes out easily.Great fragrance as well!
