Tracked shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days and delivery usually occurs within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Some small items have an untracked postal option to allow for savings on shipping and arrive within 4-6 business days. Express is available on some items and will arrive in 1-2 business days of dispatch. Tracking is usually avaliable from the day of dispatch.
This item can also be sent via Couriers Please or Startrack. It will arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch for capitol cities and major centers. Shipping via this method is surcharged to remote and rural areas, please note the final shipping price in checkout as it is based on your delivery address. Please note that Couriers Please are unable to deliver to PO Boxes

Love this product. I have a lot of trouble with leg and foot pain - sometimes cramps, sometimes nerve pain, sometimes arthritis, sometimes who knows. I wish to let you know that I have been using this product for a number of years. I find it great on the mornings that I play golf as I rub it in before playing - helps with the problem of sore shoulders. A great product.

200ml/6.8oz: I have just received my order and have been using this product for the last few days and can say that I have already noticed a marked improvement in the soreness and stiffness of my arm and leg muscles. I am a convert and will definitely be using this product from now on
