Tracked shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. Orders are dispatched within and delivery usually occurs within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Some small items have an untracked postal option to allow for savings on shipping and arrive within 4-6 business days. Express is available on some items and will arrive in 1-2 business days of dispatch. Tracking is usually avaliable from the day of dispatch.
This item can also be sent via Couriers Please or Startrack. It will arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch for capitol cities and major centers. Shipping via this method is surcharged to remote and rural areas, please note the final shipping price in checkout as it is based on your delivery address. Please note that Couriers Please are unable to deliver to PO Boxes

I have loved using Redken products in the past, but I would not recommend this product. I recently changed my hair colour to a lighter shade of blonde and I thought this product would stop that golden brass colour that blonde hair can become. My hair was just okay after using this product, not soft and shiny. A bit disappointing.
