Tracked shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days and delivery usually occurs within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Some small items have an untracked postal option to allow for savings on shipping and arrive within 4-6 business days. Express is available on some items and will arrive in 1-2 business days of dispatch. Tracking is usually avaliable from the day of dispatch.
This item can also be sent via Couriers Please or Startrack. It will arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch for capitol cities and major centers. First off, I love the smell of this shampoo. A lot different to others that I've been using, which were all natural, but smelled like dog shampoo. I was really impressed that I had minimal hair fall as I was washing with it. With other shampoos I have had quite a lot of hair come out, but not with this one. I have also used the Scalp Therapy shampoo from this brand and find them to be really effective products. I am using the conditioner as well and would recommend Sachajuan products to anyone who wants something without chemicals but still makes your hair look and feel great. Plus, a little goes a long way. I always have beautiful, shiny hair that looks really healthy after using these products.
