#09 Nippon Noir (Black): A great multi-tasker pencil for my makeup bag. Has many uses. A soft, smooth and long lasting liner with built in sharpener to maintain point, can also be used on eyelid as shadow, and to define brows. I love this pencil for quick touchups during the day. A very clever multi-tasker pencil from Shiseido.
